Writing

The writing here is not meant to fill a feed. It is where I think in public, carefully and at length, about questions that matter to the practice.

Some pieces are essays. Some stay close to a single dream, pattern, concept, or problem. The topics range, overfunctioning, purpose, the nature of love and relationships, what it means to be a parent, the questions that arrive in the middle of a life and do not resolve through ordinary means. All of them are intended to be read slowly. I would rather publish less and mean it than publish often and say very little.

If you want a sense of how I think before reaching out, this is probably the best place to start.

The archive is organized lightly. I would rather keep it legible than turn it into a taxonomy project.
